Process for requests by you

If you need further information about data protection in our company don't hesitate to contact us via e-mail DataProtection@AuroxTech.com. We will also give you disclosure about your data if you have established your identity (by submission of photoID or passport copy). Also adjustments or a complete data deletion of your personal information will be fulfilled if you wish it (send e-mail to DataProtection@AuroxTech.com).

Cookies

Our website is using some Cookies. The legal basis for data processing is Art.6(1) sent.1 lit f GDPR. Our legitimate interest results from the above listed purposes for data collection. We never use data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you as an individual.

 

Email

If you sent us emails, they will be tracked and stored to ensure that we are better able to tailor our communications. Aurox GmbH wants to explicitly pointed out that data transmission via internet may have security vulnerability and cannot be completely protected from being accessed by third parties.

 

Newsletter

You have got the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. We would need your e-mail address and your permission, so that we can use them in reference to our newsletter. When you subscribe online, we send you a confirmation email. You need to follow the link in the confirmation email to confirm the registration. 

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Just send your cancellation wish to News@AuroxTech.com. We will delete all your data associated with the newsletter subscription. Furthermore you can find a “unsubscribe” button at the end of every email you receive from us. 

Your rights

If we collected any personal data of you, you have got the right to get information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transmission, revocation and objection. If you have any concerns about data protection in our company you can take up contact with us or the Austrian data protection authority.
